Los Angeles Head Lice Treatment was established in 2008 by Amy Chinian. This mother of five had seen it all – teething, sleepless nights, ear infections. But, it wasn’t until 2000 when she had her first experience with head lice. At the time, Amy was pregnant with her fifth child. She and her four children all had head lice at the same time! It was a nightmare!
Amy started as many parents did – with over-the-counter lice removal products. None were effective, as she continued to find lice and eggs on her young children’s heads. Amy finally called out the only lice removal service in town, and that’s when she was able to kick lice to the curb.
Hoping never to have another encounter like this, Amy continued to raise her five children. One day, the private school her children attended had a lice outbreak and she was found offering advice to frantic parents. Amy realized that she was transforming into Amy Chinian – Head Lice Expert! She decided right then and there to be the solution to a growing problem.
